Cassidy loves playing in the rain. She gets mad when we bring her back in because she would rather be out playing and getting wet. She's a silly girl!

Mommy's Birthday
We celebrated my 30ish birthday this evening with Cappy, Nonna, Grayson, Daddy, Christine and of course, the star of the show, no, not me, Cassidy(see bottom right picture)! It was a lot of fun!

A very wet Fourth of July
We said we would attend our neighborhood parade, rain or shine. Well, guess what? It rained and it rained hard, but since we had told Cassidy and Grayson they would be in the parade, we continued on our adventure. The adults were soaked, but Cassidy and Grayson were actually having the best time in their covered and decorated wagon. I made Cassidy and Grayson very fashionable raincoats. Cassidy donned a small bathroom trash bag, while Grayson was modeling a very trendy kitchen trash bag...no white trash comments, please! Although the parade was cancelled, they did still have lots of fun things for the kids. Personally, I thought it was the best parade to date, but that might have been because the rain actually kept it cool and we all got to play in the rain.

Big kids table
Cassidy's cousin Grayson is in town visiting this week, and they had snack today at the big kids table. What happened to my baby girl?

Cassidy has been sleeping later and later every morning. When I went in this morning, this is the position I found her in...snug as a bug in a rug:)
