Baby in a Box

Cassidy's newest trick is reading her books while sitting in her hat boxes. She always gets stuck in the smaller box and needs a hand to get out.

Playing at the park

Cassidy and I spent some time at the park today, and as usual, Cassidy was thrilled to see the ducks and the ducks were thrilled to see her with a bag of bread.

Yes, this is the same baby who was getting into all of the no-no's!

No-no's!

Cassidy is always testing me, and today she was doing this by trying out all of the no-no spots...the electrical outlet, the so-called childproofed cabinet, the coffee table drawers, and the very old and not up to safety standards window.

Nanya, Nanya, Nanya...another frequently quoted word??? from Cassidy. I think she is trying to say, "none of your business!"

Nap Time!

After a long weekend of partying, Cassidy wasted no time falling asleep minutes after we started our journey home.

This was taken just before we loaded her into the car to leave...I think she was already asleep, but with her eyes open.

Eating Time!

Because of Cassidy's food allergies, she didn't get to have any cake. However, she made herself at home on the kitchen table right in front of the fruit tray and had a good time!

Play Time!

Party Time!!

We went to Houston last weekend for Addison's first birthday party. I am not sure who had more fun Cassidy or Addison! Addison received two chairs, among many fun things for her birthday, which worked out great because each girl had a chair to sit in while enjoying the party.

Schlitterbahn baby!

Cassidy enjoyed some water time at Schlitterbahn park today with her daddy, mommy, grandparents and cousin. She was working very hard while she was playing, as evidenced by the tongue!

She climbed up the turtle and the ropes and slid down the slide with daddy! I'm not quite sure who had more fun...Cassidy or her daddy:)
