Yogurt treat
Thankfully for Cassidy, most yogurt shops now carry at least one non-dairy yogurt! Of course that means, we all get a treat! :)
Pediatric ER Visit #3
Three kids, three months, three trips to the ER! Cassidy's trip was because she swallowed a coin because she didn't have any pockets to put it in so she put it in her mouth. Dalton's trip was because he tripped and gashed his eye/forehead area down to the bone. I guess Davis was feeling left out! Davis pierced the back of his head on the corner of the kitchen coutertop. The boy is accident prone...to say the least! Let me just paint a picture for you as if the picture of Davis isn't enough. Blood spurting, not dripping, spurting from his head, mommy gagging and freaking out all at the same time! Nothing a couple of staples to the head can't fix!
Rio Medina
We went with Uncle Steve and Aunt Terri to check out where we would be having the company anniversary picnic. It was beautiful to say the least and the kids had a great time just doing whatever it is you do in nature, that doesn't involve games, toys, electronics...it was awesome!
Heffalump
One of the many joys of having a minivan (sense the sarcasim) is the dvd player. I can't imagine a world without cars that didn't have them. Oh wait, I lived in that world! Anyway, I can't help but laugh to hear Dalton laughing, screaming, and squealing when watching Winnie the Pooh's, Heffalump. He absolutely loves that video.
Cowboys and Cowgirl
We headed to the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo on a dollar Friday day! Worth the money...yes! Worth the crowd...NO! It was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Now, this was one public outing I could not have done by myself, so Laura came to the rescue, as always!
If you give a pig a party
I took the kids to go see the play, if you give a pig a party, which is based on the book. It. was. so. cute! However, I don't know if it was the play that was so cute or my three adorable, well-behaved children that sat on the front row and did not move an inch the entire show! Yea for more public outings by myself with all three kids!:)
Pearly Whites!
What better way to get your teeth cleaned than from your own personal Nonna! Mom said Cassidy was a better patient then I ever was or still am...whatever!
