Water boy

Dalton had the best time in the spray park at Fiesta Texas. Not running through the water with his entire body, but just sticking the top of his head into the sprays of water. He is also quite the dancer...when he hears music, he dances!

The cousins are coming

Grayson, Cameron and their daddy came to visit us for a whole week. The kids had a blast! Grayson and Cassidy adore each other. We kept the kids busy by playing in the water, at the museum, at the playgrounds, at the theme parks, with the animals, at the kiddie parks, on the trains, and the adults kept up by drinking lots of caffeine.

 

 

 

 

Afternoon story time

I caught Daddy and Cassidy having story time on the back porch one afternoon while the boys were napping. Cassidy is lucky to have a daddy like her daddy!

 

 

 

Say it isn't so...

My babies are becoming big boys entirely too fast for my taste! Davis has crawled out of his crib at least five times and Dalton has been on the verge for a couple of weeks now. So, I had to do it! My big boys are in their big boy beds and doing great! I was just testing them out on Sunday and was too tired that night to pull them out of the way to put the cribs back, so I decided that was going to be the first nighttime test. The first half hour there was some up and down business going on in there, but after that they slept until 8:15 the next morning. They are on night three and are doing great! Naptime is another story. Morning naps are pretty much over because they are too busy playing in their room to sleep. The flip side of that is they wear themselves out so much that by the time for their afternoon nap, there is no more playing, just sleeping. :)

Just a few of Davis and Dalton's favorite things right now, and as evidenced by the photo, the "Choo-Choo" was a really big hit!

 

 

It's party time!

We had the boys birthday party at Gymboree on Saturday. It was a lot of fun and the boys and all of their friends had a really great time.
